0 PES 2010 Patch file[latest update]
Important:
If you use Official PES 2010 Patch 1.1, please save your pes2010.exe file, so you can still play online.
If you use Windows Vista / 7, you have to run the installation program and the game as admin.
If you want to start a ML or a BAL career, you have to double-click 'BAL.bat' inside your PES 2010 folder before you start the game. (only the first time before you create the savegame)
